Job summary

Glencore Ravensworth Operations in NSW's Hunter Valley is seeking a CHPP Maintenance Planning Coordinator to lead fixed infrastructure maintenance planning and asset management activities.

You will oversee major shutdown planning, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement while promoting safety and teamwork, with relocation support and a pathway to career progression.

Qualifications

• Relevant competencies and trade qualifications.
• Self-managed, strong communication and work well within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of coal processing and an understanding of key drivers of a CHPP.
• Strong leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing of fixed infrastructure preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• CHPP Major Shutdown planning and scheduling
• Overseeing the development, implementation and review of asset management strategies including condition monitoring
• Conducting root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures
• Maintenance spend and performance reporting

Ravensworth Operations comprises of Ravensworth Open Cut and the Coal Handling Preparation Plant that provides high quality coal for the export market. The Role
