Sims & Finn Chiropractic Frankston in Frankston VIC is seeking a friendly and reliable Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Receptionist for a casual shift pattern. You will work closely with chiropractors and reception staff to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and patients have the best possible experience.

The role covers welcoming patients, managing bookings, answering calls and emails, handling payments and admin tasks, and supporting clinicians with patient scans and assessments.

• Reliable and flexible with shifts and travel between clinic locations.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, positive environment.
• Managing appointments, bookings and busy patient schedules.
• Answering phone calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Processing payments and completing administrative duties.
• Assisting chiropractors with patient scans and assessments, where appropriate and with training.
• Managing patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Working closely with our team to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.
