Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Chinchilla Operations team, delivering brownfield and shutdown works across the Surat Basin. You will lead piping activities, ensure safety and high standards, and coordinate daily site tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' supervision experience in brownfield projects.
• Oil & Gas and CSG experience highly regarded.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Ability to perform under tight shutdown timeframes.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating daily site activities.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, client and legislative requirements.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing shutdown and maintenance tasks.
