The Grove Academy in Mount Annan, NSW, Australia invites applications for a Childcare Trainee. You will support educators, help deliver engaging activities, and foster a warm environment for children and families.

About the Role

As a Trainee at The Grove Academy, you’ll kickstart your career in Early Childhood Education by working alongside a passionate team to create a positive and inspiring environment for children. With hands‑on learning opportunities, you’ll develop the skills to deliver fun, engaging programs that nurture children’s growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learning how to support educators in delivering fun and engaging learning experiences
