Job summary

Kiddiwinks Childcare in Western Sydney is seeking a Visionary Centre Director to lead a team of educators and drive outstanding early learning. You’ll oversee daily operations, enrolments, and compliance while building strong family and community relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or ECT qualification, have 12+ months as a Centre Director, and demonstrate knowledge of EYLF and child development for ages 0–6, with proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ECT qualification required.
• 12+ months experience as Centre Director.
• Strong understanding of EYLF & child development 0-6 years.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and compliance skills.
• WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certification.
