Kiddiwinks Play Laugh And Learn – St Ives NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our brand-new early learning centre. You will oversee daily operations, compliance, and a high-quality learning program.

This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, 12 months leadership experience, and current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and Child Protection qualifications.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a Centre Director or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and National Regulations.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Child Protection Statement of Attainment.

Responsabilidades

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + super (depending on experience)

Kiddiwinks St Ives is a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our team.

Founded by Early Childhood Teachers with over 20 years of industry experience, Kiddiwinks is built on strong values, supportive leadership, and a genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a new centre from the beginning and shape its culture, team, and quality standards.

About the Role

As Centre Director you will be responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the centre, ensuring a high standard of care, compliance, and team engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators
• Managing the daily operations of the centre
• Building strong relationships with families and the community
• Managing enrolments, tours, and family communications
