Rise & Shine Kindergarten is seeking a Full-time Cook for our thriving childcare centers in NSW. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

About the Role:

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for our children, following our set menu and catering to dietary requirements.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organised kitchen environment in line with food safety standards.
• Cater to a variety of dietary, allergy, and cultural food needs with care and creativity.
• Manage food ordering, stock rotation, and storage to minimise waste and maximise freshness.
• This is a Full-time, Monday - Friday role, 38 hours per week

Requirements:

• Recognised qualification in Cookery/Hospitality/Chef highly regarded
• Current food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Current Working With Children Check
• Knowledge of safe hygiene practices
• Experience working as a cook in a childcare centre will be highly regarded
