Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten in NSW is seeking energetic individuals to start their careers in Early Childhood Education as valued trainees. You will work alongside experienced educators to support children's learning and development, help create safe, engaging environments, and participate in daily routines and play experiences.

You will study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while gaining hands-on experience, with mentoring and ongoing guidance from leaders and peers.

Qualifications

• Valid Working with Children Check required.
• Availability to work full time.
• National child safety training (Geccko).
• No prior experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development alongside experienced educators.
• Help create safe, engaging and inclusive environments.
• Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions.
