Bright Stars Montessori Preschool is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our Minchinbury site in Sydney. You will design and deliver a child-led program aligned with EYLF and NQS, create meaningful progress documentation, and maintain high room standards.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates while contributing to reflective practice and a joyful learning environment.

Competenze

• Current First Aid
• CPR certification
• Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• WWCC (Working with Children Check)
• Experience delivering high-quality childcare and documentation

Bright Stars Montessori Preschool is a warm, family‑owned early childhood service that bridges the gap between traditional daycare and kindergarten, with 3 locations in Western Sydney. We focus on child-centered learning, tailoring each child’s educational journey to their individual needs. Our Minchinbury location is currently seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Located within the vibrant Great Western Centre, our centre offers a convenient location with a range of nearby amenities, including cafés, eateries, a nail salon, gym and sauna.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Design and deliver a high‑quality, child‑led educational program in line with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

Create engaging learning environments and meaningful documentation of children’s progress

Maintain professional room standards and daily operations

Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Foster reflective practice and continuous improvement in our team

Bring joy to your work—have fun, connect, and teach with heart

About You

You are:

An experienced Cert III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor or ACECQA‑approved diploma; working towards acceptable)

Fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification plus WWCC

Experienced in delivering high-quality childcare and documentation

Proficient with childcare software (iPad and desktop)

Takes initiative

Has strong verbal and written communication skills

Passionate, well‑organised, and professional

A team player who values relationships and knowledge‑sharing

Ideally familiar with Montessori principles, although not essential
