Job summary

Montessori Academy is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators across South West Sydney for full-time roles. With Certificate III or Diploma qualifications, you will deliver Montessori-inspired education, foster strong relationships with children and families, and support ongoing professional development within our growing network of centres.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate collaborative teamwork, knowledge of EYLF, and a proactive approach to mentoring colleagues as Room Leaders.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Previous leadership experience (highly regarded for Room Leader positions).

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our network of centres throughout the South West Sydney region.
