Job summary

Blacktown City Council seeks a Child Care Aide to join the Kids' Early Learning Kings Park team. You will help create a safe, caring and engaging environment where children can learn, develop and thrive, supervising daily activities and supporting wellbeing and learning through play.

This permanent full‑time role offers a rostered day off every fortnight, 38‑hour weeks, 12% superannuation, ongoing training and development, and access to Fitness Passport, social clubs and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in early childhood education and development.
• Ability to work in a team and support families.
• Commitment to safety, wellbeing and learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and support their health, wellbeing and engagement.
• Prepare and facilitate age-appropriate activities.
• Observe and record development and communicate with families.
