Meli is seeking a Child and Family Practitioner based in Hamlyn Heights to support children, young people and parents facing complex challenges. You will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based support to restore safety and strengthen parenting capacity, working across services to respond to risk and promote healing.
The role is full-time (1 FTE, 38 hours/week) with salary of $105,835 per year plus Super and salary packaging.

Based in Hamlyn Heights, you’ll support children, youngpeople and parents experiencing complex and enduring challenges. Throughevidence-informed, trauma-aware support, you’ll help families restore safety,strengthen parenting capacity and build the connections they need to moveforward. Working within Meli’s Restoring family support stream, you’ll partnerwith families and community services to respond to risk, promote healing andprevent disadvantage from continuing across generations.
