Korn Ferry is seeking a commercially astute leader to head People & Culture, shaping the workforce strategy to support growth and potential acquisitions. You will work closely with the CEO and executive team to align structure, requirements and succession with the broader business strategy, delivering governance, reporting and strong capability across the organisation.

You will lead talent acquisition, development and performance practices, ensuring practical execution and engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across people and culture.
• Experience strengthening organisational structures, governance and reporting.
• Strong commercial judgement with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Shape and deliver a workforce strategy to support growth ambitions and acquisitions.
• Work with the CEO and executive team to align structure, workforce requirements and succession priorities.
• Strengthen talent acquisition, development and capability to attract and retain talent.
• Introduce performance, reward, onboarding and development practices for accountability and outcomes.
• Champion a values-led, high-performing culture and strengthen leadership capability.
• Oversee internal communications and change management as the business grows.
• Lead and develop the people function with systems, processes and governance.
• Maintain oversight of employee relations and workplace compliance.
