Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Enterprise Management Unit and ensure corporate services support agency priorities and growth.
• Oversee finance, HR, security, IT, information governance and business intelligence delivery.
• Lead capability uplift and workforce growth initiatives to build a high-performing culture.
• Drive enterprise-wide change programs including strategic workforce, security and corporate transformation.
• Build productive relationships with key stakeholders across government and external partners.
