Job summary

The role leads strategic operational management across the North West Hospitals network to ensure high-quality services, aligned with the service plan and performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in commerce, management, or health services.
• Demonstrated senior leadership and strategic operations experience.
• Ability to lead organisational change and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational leadership across North West Hospitals and associated sites.
• Ensure service delivery meets the Service Plan, Patient Flow, Finance & Budget targets.
• Champion improvements to work processes and systems with high quality standards.
