Job summary

• Significant senior leadership experience in credit risk, lending, or banking operations within a regulated financial services environment.
• Deep expertise across consumer and business lending, credit risk management and responsible lending.
• Strong understanding of FAR obligations, accountability frameworks and executive governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit assessment function across consumer and business lending, ensuring high-quality decisions in line with risk appetite.
• Drive governance, policy and decisioning frameworks to improve quality and efficiency.
