Job summary

Technology Development Providers Pty Ltd is seeking a Head of Finance / CFO in Sydney to lead the financial strategy and governance for the group and wagering clients. You will oversee reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and commercial analysis, partnering with the GM, directors, regulators, and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the group's financial strategy
• Provide financial advice to the CEO and Board
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead financial planning for expansion, acquisitions and new wagering brands
• Evaluate investment opportunities and capital allocation
• Oversee all financial functions across Technology Development Providers and company clients
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly financial reports, annual statutory accounts, and consolidated financial statements
• Manage all banking and treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Oversee corporate income tax, GST, payroll tax, betting taxes, and tax planning
• Lead and mentor the finance team and build a high-performance finance function
