Technology Development Providers Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance / CFO to lead strategic financial operations for the group and wagering clients from Sydney. You will oversee planning, reporting, governance, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, working with executives, regulators, auditors and banking partners to ensure robust controls and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• CPA or CA qualification.
• Extensive senior financial leadership experience, preferably in wagering.
• Experience managing multi-entity corporate groups.

• Strategic planning capability.
• Leadership and people management experience.

• Manage all banking and treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Oversee corporate income tax, GST, payroll tax, betting taxes, and tax planning.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and build a high-performance finance function.

The Head of Finance / CFO is responsible for the strategic financial leadership of Technology Development Providers Pty Ltd and the broader group of wagering clients. The role oversees all financial operations, reporting, governance, compliance, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across the company's clients. The CFO works closely with the General Manager, directors, regulators, external accountants, auditors, banking partners, payment providers, and senior management to ensure the group operates with sound financial controls while supporting continued growth and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement the group's financial strategy

Provide financial advice to the CEO and Board

About you

Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
