Job summary

SA Water is seeking a contemporary and collaborative Senior Manager Data, AI & Analytics to shape and deliver the organisation's data strategy. You will influence executive decisions, lead multiple teams across Data Platforms, AI Governance and Records & Information Management, and partner with the Board to unlock business value through data and AI.

You will balance innovation with risk, invest for long‑term outcomes, and drive adoption while maintaining strong governance and information

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within data, analytics, AI or related technology functions.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide data and AI strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior executives, governance forums and Boards.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgement, balancing innovation, risk and investment outcomes.
• Collaborative leadership style that empowers teams and builds organizational capability.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Data Management, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
