Job summary

Responsibilities

Foster genuine guest connections and make guests feel valued during their stay.
Onboard and coach new team members to equip them with necessary skills.
Maintain a positive, can-do atmosphere across the team.
Lead the Concierge team to craft unforgettable service experiences.
Resolve guest challenges by seeking proactive solutions.
Assist guests with transport, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services.
