Job summary

Hostplus is seeking a strategic leader to head Compliance Advisory, partnering with business leaders to deliver practical compliance guidance and support the compliance management strategy. Qualifications

• 7–10 years in risk, compliance, legal, governance or internal audit roles with at least 7 years in senior leadership positions.
• Degree in a relevant field with post graduate qualifications in risk and compliance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compliance Advisory Team to provide independent review and challenge of the compliance framework implementation.
• Provide independent compliance advice to inform decision-making and align with the Compliance Management Framework and Strategic Plan.
• Design and implement processes for ongoing compliance management across the fund.
• Oversee enterprise compliance library management and breach policy enhancements.
• Lead regulatory responses and engagements as required.
