Job summary

Hostplus seeks a Head of Risk Advisory to lead a high-performing team and partner with executives to deliver trusted risk advice. Based in Melbourne or Adelaide, the role focuses on strengthening risk culture, guiding decision-making and maturing the Fund's risk framework.

The successful candidate will oversee incident management, resilience programs and risk reporting to the Board, while driving continuous improvement across governance and compliance practices.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field with post graduate risk/leadership qualifications.
Experience in financial services with senior strategic leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead the Risk Advisory Team to provide independent risk oversight.
Provide risk guidance aligned with the Risk Management Framework and Strategic Plan.
Develop and embed risk processes for identification, management and reporting.
