Job summary

Vision Australia is seeking a values-led Chief Client Officer to lead transformation and integration of its national client services portfolio, reporting to the CEO and working with the Board. The CCO will drive high-quality, person-centred services while strengthening governance, performance and financial sustainability.

This executive role oversees Client Services, National Programs, Employment Services and Vision Store, with responsibility for 17,000 clients annually.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, geographically dispersed service operations in health or human services.
• Proven ability to transform services, lead multidisciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong governance, safeguarding and financial stewardship experience.
