Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in the CSS BSS OSS Network Management and Automation portfolio with vision and services.
• 10+ years in leadership roles with customer exposure.
• Extensive experience managing a project portfolio for customers.
• Familiarity with Ericsson’s project management framework, processes, and tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio of projects under the domain and ensure operational and financial progress per business case.
• Build and maintain service delivery resources and competence aligned with delivery capacity.
• Staff projects and presales engagements including right-shoring strategies.
• Act as design authority in the domain and promote asset reuse.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to secure commitments and delivery excellence.
• Ensure adherence to Ericsson processes, ethics, compliance and culture.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead new procedures.
• Engage with customers at all levels, including c-level, and drive knowledge sharing.
• Control budget and secure cost recovery; contribute to sales, project and operations governance.
• Develop customer-facing teams and participate in ANZA CSS leadership team.
