Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Head of BSS OSS Network Management and Automation Domain for ANZA CSS to lead delivery across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage a cross-functional team of project managers, solution architects, and integration engineers with domain expertise, and drive presales support and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of CSS BSS OSS Network Management and Automation projects for ANZA CSS
• Build and maintain delivery resources and capacity planning
• Staff projects and presales engagements including right-shoring strategies
• Act as design authority in the domain and promote asset reuse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure customer commitments
• Drive knowledge sharing and best practices across the unit
• Engage with customers at all levels, including c-level
• Manage budget and ensure cost recovery
• Participate in governance and escalation interfaces with Market/Business Areas
• Develop customer-facing teams to earn trust of stakeholders
• Contribute to ANZA CSS leadership team
