Australian Venue Co. is seeking Casual Chefs for the Station Hotel in Footscray to join a fast‑paced kitchen team during the busy summer trading period. You’ll work alongside an experienced crew, delivering quality food and memorable guest experiences across busy services and events.

Ideal candidates have previous commercial kitchen experience, robust work ethic, and a passion for hospitality. Weekend availability and flexibility over peak summer are essential to join our vibrant Footscray venue.

• Previous commercial kitchen experience required.
• Grill experience is desirable but not essential.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen during busy periods.
