Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
• Experience with A la carte service is highly regarded
• Right to work in Australia
• Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• HACCP standards and WH&S adherence, with understanding of dietary requirements
• Uniform: white chef jacket, pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
