Lucas Collective is seeking passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across multiple venues, including pastry. We value experience in high-volume and fine-dining settings, with Sushi/Wok/Pizza/Pastry skills highly regarded.

Formación

• Experience as cook/chef in high-volume or fine-dining venues.
• Sushi, wok, pizza and pastry experience preferred.
• Clear understanding of food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotating rosters.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for passionate cooks and chefs to join our growing team across all Lucas venues and all levels including Pastry.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining venue
• Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of food safety standards
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Full availability and willing to work a rotating roster that includes opening or closings shifts, weekends and public holidays
