Como Sociale Ballarat VIC is seeking experienced Italian Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will work across sections, delivering authentic Italian dishes with passion. We require genuine Italian kitchen experience, strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, and pizza-making competence.

About the role

You will be working across different sections of our kitchen, preparing and cooking our Italian menu to a consistently high standard.

Experience and knowledge in the following areas is compulsory:

• Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Pans / sauté section
• Grill
• Fryer
• Pizza / pizza oven
• Pasta preparation and cooking
• Food preparation and kitchen organisation
• Working efficiently during busy service
• Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency

What we're looking for
