Job summary

Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is seeking experienced chefs and cooks to join the busy kitchen team in Tuncurry, NSW. This permanent full-time role offers a salary in the range of $79k–$95k per annum, plus super and four weeks of annual leave.

Applicants should have a relevant industry qualification and at least 2–3 years of experience, with a strong focus on quality, safety and teamwork in a fast-paced venue. Nights, weekends and holiday periods may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant industry qualification and 2-3 years experience.
• Strong food preparation and plating skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes per recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Assist with menu planning and seasonal offerings.
