The Star Entertainment Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness across our back-of-house kitchens, bars and restaurants, helping the culinary team by keeping equipment clean, organised and ready for service.

This physically demanding but rewarding role requires attention to hygiene and safe chemical handling, with on-site meals, uniform laundry, and opportunities for career growth within The Star Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or manual labour.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a bonus.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability to suit business needs.
