Job summary

Easts Leagues Brisbane is seeking a passionate kitchen professional to join our fast-paced team. You will work under the Head Chef and Sous Chef, bringing a real passion for delivering great food experiences to our members and guests in a busy club environment.

We value 2 years in a busy kitchen, a relevant trade qualification, and a willingness to contribute to menu planning and daily specials. Flexibility for weekdays, nights and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification and 2 years in a busy kitchen environment.
• Experience delivering quality food standards in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in function/event service desirable.
• Willingness to contribute to the creative process of menu planning & daily specials.
• Demonstrated understanding of food safety & hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, nights and weekends.
