Job summary

Candidate will manage resources, ensure food safety and compliance with WHS and quality standards, and lead a team to deliver meals and services efficiently within a correctional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and applying industry practices in all facets of a commercial catering operation, including meals production and service.
• Ability to use spreadsheets, databases, document writing and emails; learn in-house systems.
