Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited seeks a casual Chef at Defence Establishment Orchard Hills, Penrith. You will prepare meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions in a structured kitchen environment.

We require a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, 2-3 years in similar kitchens, strong HACCP knowledge and allergen management, with a team‑oriented, reliable approach. National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance may be required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Reliable with a positive and team-focused approach
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance
