Job summary

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead the kitchen at Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College in North Sydney, NSW. Permanent full-time role, Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, delivering fresh, high-quality food and a welcoming kitchen environment.

You will manage day-to-day operations, bulk cooking for an education setting, ensure food safety and customer service excellence, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Trade certification required and current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• RSA competency is required.
• Experience in high-volume or education-sector kitchens is preferred.

Chef Manager

$90,000 + super | 40 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced Chef Manager to take the lead in the kitchen at Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College in North Sydney.

This is a role where your skills go beyond the plate. You'll be responsible for delivering fresh, quality food every day while helping create a welcoming, well-run kitchen environment for students, staff and your team. As this is an educational environment, you can enjoy something that’s increasingly hard to find in hospitality - a Monday to Friday roster, daytime hours and your evenings and weekends back.
