Job summary

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join the team at Uniting Pacifica, an 80-bed aged care residence in beautiful Nambucca, NSW. You will oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, delivering high-quality meals tailored to residents’ dietary requirements on a Monday–Friday roster.

With a brand-new kitchen scheduled for completion in December, this role offers leadership, creativity and a focus on resident wellbeing, alongside Cater Care’s employee benefits and development

Qualifications

• Previous experience in aged care catering is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and dietary requirements.
• Experience with bulk cooking and texture-modified diets.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of kitchen operations.
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check and meet flu vaccination requirements.

About the role
