Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead kitchen sections, live and work onsite, with a passion for high-volume, guest-focused service.

You will work under the Executive Chef, contribute to menu planning, inventory control, and ensure HACCP standards, with training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in a la carte and buffet service preferred.
• HACCP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all kitchen and service duties including cleaning, food preparation, cookery and guest service.
• Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory control, scheduling, ordering of kitchen supplies.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Assist senior chefs during End Of Month, stock take counts, inventories, etc.
