Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A culinary qualification, or the experience to back it up.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Calm under pressure, good with people, and proud of your craft.
• A genuine interest in Asian cuisines is a bonus, but not essential.

Island Radio is a modern Asian dining spot with venues in Redfern and Surry Hills, drawing on the food cultures of Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and South East Asia.

We're looking for a Chef de Partie who knows their way around a busy section and wants to be part of something worth cooking for.

What you'll be doing

• Cooking and plating dishes to spec, every service, every time
