Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or Commis Chef.
• Confident managing a section in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong preparation, organisation and time management skills.

• Take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets Swillhouse's standards.
• Run your section with confidence during preparation and service.
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation across all dishes.
• Keep your section organised, clean and service-ready.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient services.
