Job summary

Clublinks operates Newgreens Chatswood and is seeking a Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations across its Café, Bistro, dining spaces and events. You will be responsible for consistent production of high-quality food and active participation in a fast-paced F&B environment.

We value creativity, energy, teamwork and a proactive approach, with availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays. First Aid and Police Check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A strong track record in fast-paced food & beverage environments, delivering high-quality results.
• Creativity, energy, and a genuine passion for the culinary arts.
• Current First Aid cert and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen operations and ensure consistent production and delivery of high-quality food across all outlets.
• Assist with stocktaking and maintaining kitchen efficiency.
• Contribute to the team in a vibrant hospitality environment and ensure service excellence.
