The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill in Greater Bendigo is seeking energetic cooks and chefs to join our kitchen All-Stars. You will prepare meals to our recipes, manage stations, and work under the head chef to deliver consistent high‑quality dishes.

Role Requirements

• Ensure all meals are cooked to perfection according to our recipe & plating guides, served on time, and of the highest quality.
• Manage kitchen operations alongside the head chef, including staff allocation and general kitchen management.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
• Showcase your culinary skills across all kitchen stations, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to standards.
• Keep the kitchen and stock holding areas clean and organised while prioritizing occupational health and safety and food hygiene.
