Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
• French cuisine experience preferred.
• Confidence managing a section independently during busy service.
• Strong preparation, organisation and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a team-focused approach.
• Full-time employment with flexibility to discuss contract arrangements.
