Job summary

Atlas invites skilled chefs to join our teams across resorts, hotels and pubs in Australia. Roles include Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, with 4–8 week contracts and ongoing opportunities upon successful completion.

You'll work in fine dining and upmarket settings, with split shifts and a focus on quality la carte or bulk cooking. Transport, accommodation and meals are provided, and you are paid for every hour worked.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Chef with 3–5 years experience
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Produce consistent quality and attention to detail
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
• Ability to assist with menu planning and suggestions
• Motivate a team and maintain enthusiasm
