Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation throughout service.
• Manage multiple preparation and cooking tasks during busy periods.
• Follow established food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness standards in an open-kitchen environment.
• Keep workstations organised and service-ready.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
