KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Performance

• Adhering to Melton Entertainment Park values, policies and procedures, in particular, Food Handling and Hygiene Standards, Workplace Health & Safety, Stock Control and Rotation, maintaining a professional appearance etc
• Participating in performance reviews according to Melton Entertainment Park policy.
• Self directed learning and development as well as undertaking any required training.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and procedures and adapt to change in workplace practices.
• Perform any other duty that may be reasonably regarded as relevant to the job as directed by management..

Team Contribution

• Build effective work relationships. Work co-operatively with team members, assist others, contribute to team performance and demonstrate support for Melton Entertainment Park’s commitment to a harassment free workplace.
• Communicate with all staff in a courteous and professional manner.

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating Melton Entertainment Park service and performance standards applicable to the kitchen.

KEY CAPABILITIES

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience
