• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and organize Grill section comprising Burgers and other grill sides.
• Complete daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared for service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch and daily cafe service.
• Prepare menu specials and assist with menu preparation when required.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and stock levels, following FIFO stock rotation and appropriate food storage procedures.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Train, guide and support junior kitchen staff and apprentices in food preparation and safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Identify and manage food allergens and dietary requirements, ensuring proper preparation and cross-contact prevention.
