The Anchorage Hotel & Spa in Port Stephens is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join The Galley Kitchen. You’ll work with a talented culinary team delivering high-quality dining experiences in a fine dining hotel setting.
You will bring demonstrable restaurant or hotel kitchen experience, a current Food Safety Certificate, and a Cert III in Commercial Cookery. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards.
