Vinarchy—The Barossa’s premium wine and dining concept—seeks a creative chef ready to grow in a produce-led kitchen at St Hugo Restaurant. You’ll work just under an hour from Adelaide, embracing seasonality and exceptional wine pairings.

Collaborate with our Executive and Head Chef to shape menus, refine technique and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Qualifications

• Completed chef apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-standard, produce-led kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork across staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and plate seasonal dishes with precision.
• Collaborate with Executive/Head Chef on refined, wine-led menu development.
• Support stock control, compliance and smooth kitchen operations.
