Bluegrass BBQ at Eatons Hill is seeking kitchen teammates to join a team focused on consistency, quality food and hospitality. The roles are initially casual with potential for full-time for the right people.

Leaders run a 38-hour week with extra hours often available and no late nights, supporting a healthier work-life balance. Ideal candidates have at least three years of experience, show attention to detail, and can work autonomously while supporting the team.

Bluegrass BBQ at Eatons Hill is looking to welcome some new kitchen teammates to our crew!

Having been in operation for nearly eight years, we've built a strong reputation on the BBQ restaurant scene for consistency, quality food and genuine hospitality.

As we gear up for the festive period, we're looking to bring on a couple of Chefs/Cooks who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about what we do.

The positions will initially be on a casual basis, with the potential for full-time opportunities for the right people.

Our leaders work a 38-hour week, with additional hours often available, and enjoy approximately 2.5 days off per week.

Add to that no late nights, and we believe we've created a working environment that supports a much healthier work-life balance than many traditional restaurant kitchens.
