Zouki Group in Sydney is hiring a full-time Chef to join our hospital cafe network. Immediate start available with no evening shifts and a focus on morning hours, Monday to Friday. You will prepare and polish meals, follow menus and recipes, and maintain top hygiene and safety standards across stations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role, knowledge of international cuisines, and experience with modern kitchen equipment. Culinary education or certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the food preparation process and any other relative activities as per the guidelines.
• Follow rotational menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings.
• Prepare and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
• Maintain high standards in organizing and keeping the stations clean at all times.
• Maintain HACCP records.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
